Kurt Lindquist
Director of Preconstruction
Kurt has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry as a project engineer, field coordinator, project manager, estimator, and operations manager. He brings a wide range of capabilities to assist both Nordby and its clients. Kurt’s responsibilities include business development, project delivery, value engineering, estimating, subcontractor solicitation, and competitive bidding. Having previously owned his own business in the construction industry, he is extremely knowledgeable and has excellent relationships with subcontractors all over the North and East Bay.
Kurt has a B.S. in Construction Management from Sacramento State University CA.
