DeMeo Teen Center (CHOPS)
Santa Rosa, CA
Owner: DeMeo Teen Club, Inc.
21,000-sq.-ft., two-story, multi-use teen center recreation facility; computer lab; gymnasium with basketball and volleyball courts, and climbing wall; art studio; photography dark room; recording studio; nightclub with stage lighting/sound; café with teaching kitchen. Winner of Gold Nugget Award, Merit Award.
Point Reyes Family Homes
Point Reyes Station, CA

Seven single-family houses ranging from 900 to 1,400 sq. ft.;
27 apartment units in 14 two-story duplex apartment units; and a community building. All construction is wood framed with wood siding and composite roofing.
