Bring your expertise to jobs in the $5-$15MM range with focused execution on high-end finishes and technical systems. The majority of our projects are located in Sonoma, Napa, Marin, and Mendocino Counties, and make for a short commute to the jobsite. To be considered for this role, candidates should have experience running multi-million dollar, ground up projects, preferably in the commercial, custom home, or winery space.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction project from early execution through completion and turnover
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Ensure safety practices are adhered to for all onsite personnel
- Create, manage, and update project schedule
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to plans and specifications
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction
- Competency with construction scheduling software
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Clear and concise communication

- Salary: $85,000 to $115,000 Annually
